Processing Time

Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Peak Seasons: During sales events, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience during busy times.

Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails, the carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions or attempt redelivery. Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to: weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, customs processing (international), address issues, or peak holiday seasons. We’re not responsible for carrier delays but will assist in tracking and resolving issues. Contact us if your order is significantly delayed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, check with neighbors, household members, or building management. Contact us within 7 days, and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement/refund. Damaged Items: Inspect packages upon delivery. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. All items are shipped at no additional cost to you.

Address Changes

Contact us immediately at shipping@rd350.store if you need to change your shipping address. We can only modify addresses before the order ships. Once shipped, address changes must be made directly with the carrier (fees may apply).

Holidays & Non-Business Days

We don’t process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day. Delivery timeframes exclude weekends and holidays.
