Return Eligibility

30-Day Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached. Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required. Original Packaging: Items should be returned in original packaging when possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons); final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable; customized or personalized products; gift cards; items without original tags or showing signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 3: We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Step 4: Pack items securely with RA number included, and ship to our return address using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. Free Returns: We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service and retain your receipt. We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3-5 business days. Approval: If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Exchanges
